Two forms, because there are two kinds of people writing to us.
If you are stuck on an order, a subscription or a grind setting, use the first form. If you run a café, a restaurant or an office and want coffee by the kilo, use the second — it goes to a different inbox and gets a different answer.

We answer every message ourselves, usually within one working day. Subscribers can also manage a delivery from the account page.
Wholesale
Open a wholesale account
Cafés, restaurants, offices and anyone else getting through more than 6 kg a month. Tell us roughly what you need and we will send rates, a sample box and a standing order proposal.
Opening hours

The roastery door is open during these hours, and the drum is usually running on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Come and watch.

Wholesale deliveries run Tuesdays and Fridays across Portland, and Wednesdays by freight to the rest of Oregon and Washington.
