Work

Six brands that started on a phone and needed somewhere to sell.

Real projects, real constraints — small budgets, phone photos, no logo, a launch date that could not move. This is what we actually do all day.

Starter Shop · $850

Mendes Candle Co.

Sold entirely through Instagram DMs. We built five pages, hooked up Stripe, and moved the size and scent questions onto the product pages so she stopped answering them forty times a week.

The Rookie · $390

Kite & Ash

One page, one product, one weekend. Leather wallets photographed on a kitchen table. The whole site is under 400KB and loads before you finish blinking.

Growth Build · $1,850

Halo Skincare

Running paid ads into a slow Shopify theme. We rebuilt the landing pages, cut load time, and added a three-email welcome flow. Same ad spend, more of it turning into orders.

Full Launch · $3,200

Northbound Coffee

Subscriptions, shipping zones, and a wholesale enquiry form. Thirty products loaded by us so the founder could keep roasting instead of typing descriptions.

Starter Shop · $850

Studio Terracotta

Ceramics with genuinely beautiful photos and no words. Priya wrote the copy, we laid it out, and the gallery finally looks as good as the pots do.

Logo + Rookie · $680

Field Notes Supply

No brand at all when they emailed — just a name. Logo from scratch in a week, one-page site the week after, live before their first market.

What we actually measure

Vanity metrics are easy. Here is what we track.

Load time on 4G

If it takes more than two seconds on a phone, people leave. We test on a throttled connection, not office wifi.

Checkout completion

We test a real card, a real address and a real refund before launch day. Nothing is worse than orders that cannot be placed.

Indexed pages

We check that Google actually found you, page by page, instead of assuming it did.

Your time saved

The best compliment we get is "I stopped answering the same question all day".

Send two lines about your brand. You will get a price and a date back, not a brochure.
